Terms of Service

1. Contact

In these terms "we" and "us" mean the team behind fomoshadow. Write to us at info@fomoshadow.bot, in the bot, or on X.

2. What the service does

fomoshadow gives you a crypto wallet inside Telegram and places trades from it: copies of the trades made by traders you choose to follow, within the limits you set, and trades you place yourself. It works on the chains listed in the docs.

We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a bank. Nothing in the bot, on this website or in the docs is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must not use the service where it is against the law, or if you are subject to sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.
• You are responsible for the taxes and reporting that your trades create where you live.

4. Your wallet

The bot creates a wallet for you and holds its private key so that it can sign trades on your behalf. This makes the service custodial: while your funds sit in that wallet, the bot can move them according to your settings and instructions.

• You can export the private key at any time from the Wallet menu and use the same wallet in any other app. Whoever has the key controls the funds: keeping it safe after export is on you.
• Your Telegram account is your access to the bot. Protect it, and tell us if you lose control of it.
• Treat the wallet as a trading balance, not as savings. Keep in it only what you are prepared to trade, and lose.

5. Copy trading

• The traders you copy are independent third parties. They do not work for us, we do not vet or endorse them, and they do not know you copy them.
• A copy happens after the original trade, at the price available then and within your slippage limit. Your results will differ from the trader's, and a copy can fail, be skipped by your settings, or arrive late.
• Take profit and stop loss are best effort. Prices can move past a level faster than a sale can be made, and a sale on a thin pool returns less than the price on screen.

6. Fees

We charge 1% of every trade, buys and sells, included in the price you see before it executes. Network fees are paid from your wallet. A trade that crosses chains also pays the cost of crossing. Current fees are always in the docs; we will announce changes in the bot before they apply.

7. Referrals

You may share your referral link. Referral rewards, when paid, follow the rules shown in the bot at that time. We may withhold rewards obtained through spam, self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse.

8. Risks you accept

• Crypto assets, and memecoins in particular, are extremely volatile. You can lose everything you deposit.
• Tokens can be scams, can be impossible to sell, and can lose all value in minutes. A trader you copy buying a token says nothing about its safety.
• Blockchains, bridges, data providers and Telegram can fail, be congested or be attacked, and transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• The service is young and can contain bugs.

9. Things you must not do

• Use the service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation or any other illegal purpose.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or try to get around the limits of the bot or its infrastructure.
• Use someone else's Telegram account, or let others use yours.

10. Availability and changes

You use the service at your own risk. We provide it as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change features, supported chains or limits, pause trading, or stop the service. If we stop it, we will give notice in the bot where we can, and you keep access to your funds through the exported key.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed copies, the conduct of traders you copy, failures of third-party networks and services, or losses from a compromised Telegram account or exported key. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time; export your key or withdraw your funds first. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it, and will let you withdraw your funds unless the law prevents it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced in the bot. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
