Privacy Policy

What fomoshadow collects when you use the bot and this website, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Contact

Questions and requests about your data go to info@fomoshadow.bot.

2. What we collect

Your Telegram identity: your Telegram user id and username, as Telegram passes them to the bot. We do not get your phone number.
Your wallet: its public address. The private key is never stored in our database; it is derived when a trade needs signing.
Your activity: the traders you follow and your settings for them, your trades, positions, take profit and stop loss levels, and the messages and buttons you send to the bot.
Referrals: who invited you, and who joined through your link.
Technical logs: errors and events from running the service, which can include your user id.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

3. Why we use it

To run the service: create your wallet, copy trades, apply your settings and send you notifications.
To credit referrals and compute fees.
To keep the service secure, find bugs and prevent abuse.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else sees it

Blockchains: every trade, deposit and withdrawal is public, permanently, and linked to your wallet address. This is how blockchains work and nobody, including us, can remove it.
Telegram, which carries every message between you and the bot.
Providers we rely on: trade execution and bridging, blockchain nodes, market data and hosting. They receive what they need to do their part, such as your wallet address and the trade, and nothing else.
People you share with: a PnL card or referral link you share shows your Telegram username and the numbers on it.

Some providers are outside your country; they process data only to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

As long as you use the service, and afterwards for as long as we need it for fees, referrals, disputes or legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short time only.

6. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, and for corrections.
You can ask us to delete it. Export your key or withdraw your funds first: without our records the bot can no longer show your positions. On-chain history cannot be deleted by anyone.
Write to us at the address above, or in the bot. We may need to confirm the request comes from you.

7. Security

Keys are derived on demand and never written to the database, access to our systems is restricted, and data travels encrypted. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects you, we will tell you in the bot.

8. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced in the bot.
